Job purpose

We are currently recruiting for an Applications Support Analyst. You will have experience in a similar role and will be joining a highly motivated and dynamic team based in Bellshill.

Daily Responsibilities

You will be part of a small team providing outstanding first-line technical and business process support.

The focus of this role is to provide day to day application support for companies existing SAP B1 solution but will also support/provide cover to the IT helpdesk on basic technical issues.

The role will be hybrid as on-site office covered is required so the right candidate will be within commuting distance of the Bellshill Office.

Education/ experience

• Demonstrable knowledge of ERP systems, and of SQL.
• Knowledge of SAP B1 would be advantageous but not essential.
• Knowledge of Crystal reporting
• Experience in ticket based technical support and troubleshooting.
